As the Programme Director within the team, you will be a trusted, senior professional leader of change, working alongside Executives and clinical leaders to design and deliver complex programmes of improvement.
The Programme Directors will support talent development and help others to undertake improvement activity, building upon skills already in-house, enabling our plan to be an organisation that is continuously improving; leading new models of care for better patient care, better value and experience.
Main duties of the job
Helping to deliver the ICB strategy, helping secure the best value from transformation, improvement and redesign activity, and building the discipline of robust measurement and evaluation across the organisations.
It focuses energy and secures impact through well-designed, engaging and professionally managed projects and robust programmes, which have clearly described benefits and relevance to the success of the organisation.
Key objectives of the team are to maximise the opportunities to learn, support their clinical and corporate services in continuous improvement, measurement and innovation, and better equip and support their workforce.
We are seeking a compassionate, inclusive and knowledgeable Programme Director to lead change and transformation portfolios within this team.
