Our client is looking for an experienced Frontline Digitisation Lead to work on the implementation of a regional EPR project.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Maintaining multiple relationships across clinical, operational and technology C-Suite for each trust
- Stakeholder Engagement/Management across all levels, persuading and advising on all aspects of EPR Transformation
- Ratify business cases to ensure they are correct and on track
- Engagement with tech providers and manage other supplier relationships
- Physical/hands on leadership of implementation leads at each client site
- Issue resolution and advisory in best in class practice
Essential experience:
- Stakeholder management experience
- EPR and digitilisation, benefits realisation and assurance of programmes experience
- Strong relationship building skills
- Problem solving experience
- Experience and knowledge of a variety of EPR systems
- Strong NHS experience
- Regional overview of system deployments experience
- Clinical system implementation experience
- Experience orchestrating the implementation of system
- Digital roadmap experience
- Regional management experience
