£65,000 - £85,000 negotiable on experience + benefits
As a Senior Service Designer you will be at the core of this consultancies approach when dealing with their clients. You till take a holistic approach when evaluating clients needs and lead in the planning for their client services. You will get to design new service propositions and look to evolve current services. You will need to have a strong understanding of agile methodology and be an advocate for user-centred design.
You will be closely linked to the client project team and senior client stakeholders so will need to be an expert in your field. You will need to support the team in delivering at a good pace by making sure you are effective across technical, organisational, and situational boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning for the client’s service to ensure it meets business and user needs.
- Articulate goals for the service through artefacts such as service maps, value propositions or service blueprints.
- Provide advice and recommendations on potential approaches to organisational problems.
- Plan and facilitate groups toward a common goal and be the voice of the customer in the room.
- Generate concepts, proposals, and plans for new service propositions, or to evolve and improve existing services.
- Simplify complex, cross-departmental information, and processes, making them understandable to all through visual communication.
