£90,000 - £120,000 (Negotiable, + Commission, + Bonus)

Remote with travel to client site and London HQ when required.

The Position:

We are seeking experienced leaders to join the Managing Consultant team and play a pivotal role in driving business success during this period of expansion. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will naturally thrive in a collaborative environment and have a genuine passion for developing people and inspiring clients.

Responsibilities as a Managing Consultant:

Delivery:

  • Oversee teams, workstreams, and consulting engagements in digital healthcare, including technology solutions, clinical systems, service improvement, project turnarounds, and digital strategies.
  • Guide engagement teams in their approach to client workshops, meetings, and presentations.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Quality Assurance and Practice Development:

  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes within engagements and workstreams.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our practices by developing new methodologies aligned with technological advancements.

Business Development:

  • Explore new sales leads and support their conversion into opportunities.
  • Assist the senior leadership team in managing key accounts and expanding client base.
  • Make significant contributions to new business proposals based on a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.

Relationships & Commercial Management:

 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients at the senior management level.
  • Utilize existing networks and build relationships with new clients to identify and create new opportunities.
  • Manage commercials to maximize engagement profitability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Consulting experience in a management consultancy or similar professional services environment.
  • Bid writing end-to-end, facilitating project wins and client engagement.
  • Expertise in the digital health and care market, including its interconnectivities and how it engages with consultancy services.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, impactful documentation and reports that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of NHS structures and business processes in the NHS or related sectors.
  • Experience in designing new processes and implementing technology solutions to enhance client operations.
  • Overseeing multiple multi-disciplinary teams at once and effectively managing their successful outcomes
  • A proactive and hands-on approach, with the confidence to engage with customers and potential clients.
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and the ability to lead by example.
