- Own it: Leverage your robust digital and project management knowledge to oversee solutions from start to finish.
- Keep the ship steady: Ensure projects are timely, within budget, and top-notch in quality.
- Crystal-clear communication: Keep everyone on the same page – whether it's your internal team or clients.
- Dot the i’s and cross the t’s: Prepare in-depth project documentation.
- Consultant hat on: Lead meetings and workshops to shape project scope and requirement.
- Process, process, process: Set the tone and direction for the Project Management team and their delivery methods.
? Essential Experience:
- 5+ years in an agency environment (digital project management or digital producer role).
- Crafted commercially astute proposals.
- Delivered projects on time, within budget, maintaining quality.
- Led multidisciplinary teams for digital projects.
- Managed projects valued between £100k and £400k.
?? Essential Skills:
- Diplomacy and stakeholder management.
- An eagle-eye for details.
- Multi-tasking: Handling diverse web design and development projects.
- Initiative and self-management with a hands-on approach.
- Stellar communication – written and oral.
?? Desirables:
- Bonus if you’ve spearheaded eCommerce projects.
- Familiarity with tools like Liquid Planner, Basecamp, and JIRA.
